Material and quantity

2 cabbage, 300g of sea salt, red pepper powder, 4T glutinous rice flour, 3T salted shrimp, #15 pieces of Freezed-dried Minced Garlic, 4 pieces of #Freezed-dried Minced Ginger, Half of radish, a handful of chives, 3 Tablets of #Jayeonhanal, anchovy sauce

How to cook

1. Boil 800ml of water with 3 tables of #Jayeonhanal. Cool it down after you boil it. (Jayeonhanal Broth)



2. Put glutinous rice flour in #Jayeonhanal Broth and make it as paste.



3. Cut your radish into thin strips and slice your chives into 3~4cm.



4. Pour red pepper powder into glutinous rice flour and make a seasoning sauce with #Freezed-dried Minced Ginger, salted shrimp, and anchovy sauce.



5. Add radish and chive into your seasoning sauce and it will turn into Kimchiso.



6. Add Kimchiso evenly into your cabbages.



7. You could adjust your seasoning based on your preference.
